In January of 2024, the Subway footlong cookie sold out in stores worldwide resulting in Subway having to pull the cookie from the menu. Now that it’s beck in stores, how might Subway get back into the hearts and minds of Gen Z?

Insight 1: The footlong cookie is best shared with a friend
Insight 2: Gen Z loves to share snacks at the movie theatre. In fact one study found that 63% of Gen Z see a movie once a month or more, higher than any other generation.
Insight 3: Social media, TikTok specifically, has a huge influence on box office sales.

Partner with AMC theatres to make the Subway Footlong Cookie Gen Z’s late night shareable sweet treat by releasing crave-able flavours alongside culturally relevant blockbusters.
